Propose a special session and lead a focused discussion on emerging topics in engineering education and information technology

EEIT 2027 invites researchers, educators, and industry professionals to propose Special Sessions that address emerging topics in engineering education and information technology. Special sessions provide a focused platform for in-depth discussions on innovative research areas, bringing together experts and enthusiasts to exchange ideas and foster collaboration.

We welcome proposals that explore cutting-edge developments, interdisciplinary approaches, and practical applications in the broad field of engineering education and information technology. Special sessions can cover theoretical foundations, empirical studies, technological innovations, and pedagogical practices.

Guidelines

Special Session Proposal Submission Guidelines

The following information is required for each special session proposal

Required Information

  1. Session title and concise overview — A clear and descriptive title with a brief summary (200-300 words) of the session's focus and objectives.
  2. Introduction to the research background, significance, and development trends — A comprehensive description of the research context, importance, and current development trends related to the session topic.
  3. Core topics and scope covered by the session — A detailed list of specific topics, subtopics, and research areas that will be covered, helping potential contributors understand the session's scope.
  4. Brief profile and contact information of the session organizer(s) — Name, affiliation, email address, and a short biography (200-300 words) highlighting relevant expertise and experience.

Note: Special session proposals will be reviewed by the Technical Committee. Accepted sessions will be included in the conference program and published in the proceedings. The organizer(s) of each accepted special session will be invited to serve as session chairs.
