All papers must be written in clear, correct, and concise English. Papers with poor language quality may be rejected without review or returned to the author for language polishing.
Submitted papers must be original and not have been published previously or be under consideration for publication elsewhere. Plagiarism in any form will result in immediate rejection.
All submissions will undergo a rigorous double-blind peer review process by at least two independent reviewers. Review decisions are final and cannot be appealed.
Full papers should be formatted according to the conference template. Papers must be no more than 5 pages (Letter size, two-column format) including figures and references.
Use the official conference templates to prepare your paper. Templates are available in both Microsoft Word and LaTeX formats.
