Each paid registration covers only one paper.
Additional Paper fee applies for one more paper from the same first author who already has a paid registration.
Papers are limited to 5 pages; additional pages (from page 6) are charged 60 USD per page.
At least one author of each accepted paper must register.
If the participants request cancellation and refund due to personal
reasons, the following refund policy applies.
60 days ahead of the conference: 60% of payment refund
30-60 days ahead of the conference: 50% of payment refund
Within 30 days ahead of the conference: no refund
Substitutions are allowed at no additional cost.
We accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard), bank transfers, and cash payments on-site. Payment in full is required before the conference.
Students must present a valid student ID or enrollment verification at the registration desk to qualify for the student registration rate. Only the first author who is a student qualifies for the student rate.
Presenters (abstract only) and invited speakers should contact the conference secretariat for their personalized registration link and instructions.
